Every submission is reviewed personally. While I cannot resolve every issue directly, I will compile the information received to help identify concerns, trends, and priorities across Ward 12. Where appropriate, concerns will be forwarded to the relevant City department, agency, or service for review, follow-up, and enforcement. Together, we can build a stronger, safer community.
